Patna, June 18 -- A special court in Patna on Thursday ordered to confiscate the disproportionate assets worth approximately Rs 1 crore 14 lakh belonging to a former Executive Engineer Awdhesh Kumar Singh of Bihar Road Construction Department.
The Special Judge (Vigilance) cum Authorized Officer, after hearing the matter, directed that the assets of former Executive Engineer Awadhesh Kumar Singh, found to be disproportionate to his known sources of income, be confiscated under the provisions of the Bihar Special Courts Act and handed over to the District Magistrate of Patna within one month.
