Patna, July 13 -- Principal District and Sessions Judge Rupesh Dev on Monday granted anticipatory bail to Khan Global Studies director Khan Sir alias Faizal Khan in connection with a case involving charges of attempted murder and the alleged illegal use of firearms.
The judge also allowed the anticipatory bail of three other associates of Khan Sir namely Ajit Kumar, Kanhaiya Kumar Singh, and Ankit Kumar Pandey in the sane case.
Earlier, the court had reserved its order on July 8 after hearing arguments from both sides.
Pronouncing the order, the court directed that in the event of their arrest or surrender before the trial court, the four accused be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing a personal bond of Rs 10,000 each, along wi...
