Shimla, March 1 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has delivered landmark rulings on teachers' transfer and posting in the state while deciding the questions of transfer of spouse and posting of a teacher in a school not having enough students.
In two significant rulings recently concerning transfer and posting of government teachers, the High Court has reiterated that administrative exigencies and public interest override individual convenience.
