Mumbai, April 28 -- Employees at the state secretariat, Mantralaya, have reportedly fallen ill due to contaminated drinking water, suffering from diarrhea, vomiting, and stomach pain. Over the past week, more than 100 staff members have been affected, with several requiring hospital treatment.
