Chhapra, Aug. 25 -- A 52-year-old construction worker died after suffering an electric shock while removing shuttering from the roof of an under-construction house in Saran district.
Police said here on Tuesday that the incident took place under Kopa police station area when Surendra Ram, a resident of Lejuar village under Daudpur police station, was removing the shuttering from the roof.
During the work, he came in contact with a high-voltage electricity wire passing near the building and fell from the roof after being electrocuted, police said.
