Patna, June 28 -- Bihar Congress president Rajesh Ram today said the party''s training programme for block presidents would strengthen the organisation at the grassroots and enable leaders to engage more effectively with the public.
Inaugurating a two-day training camp for block presidents at the Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee headquarters, Sadaqat Ashram, Ram said here that the objective of the programme was to equip block-level leaders with the skills needed for organisational expansion, booth strengthening, addressing public grievances and effectively communicating the party''s policies and programmes to the people.
