New Delhi, June 28 -- Congress on Sunday took a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over his reference to the Aldabra Giant Tortoise during his ongoing visit to Seychelles, with the opposition party asserting that India had officially recognised the iconic species well before the BJP came to power.
