New Delhi, May 31 -- The Delhi Congress today accused the BJP-led Delhi government of failing to address the city's growing water crisis, alleging that no major new water storage or treatment infrastructure has been created despite increasing demand and recurring shortages across several parts of the national capital.

Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee president Devender Yadav claimed that residents in many areas are facing acute water shortages and are increasingly dependent on water tankers for their daily needs. He alleged that inadequate investment in long-term water infrastructure has worsened the situation.
