New Delhi, July 21 -- The Congress dramatically escalated its agitation over alleged irregularities in competitive examinations today, with Delhi Police detaining Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Congress president and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge, Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and several other senior party leaders during a sit-in outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi's official residence at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg in New Delhi.
