Patna, March 18 -- Bihar Pradesh Congress Committee (BPCC) chief Rajesh Ram today said that the Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi has given clear directions to promote second- and third-line leadership within the party, while ensuring due respect to senior leaders.
Addressing a meeting of district observers held here to accelerate the party's ongoing 'Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan', Ram stressed that balance and participation at all levels are essential for strengthening the organisation. He informed that under the organisational drive, 163 district observers have been appointed across Bihar and have been actively engaged in strengthening the party structure since January.
