New Delhi, Aug. 2 -- Congress Deputy Leader in the Rajya Sabha Pramod Tiwari on Sunday renewed the party's attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party, demanding a Supreme Court-monitored Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into alleged financial irregularities in the construction of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the handling of devotees' donations.

He accused the BJP of protecting those responsible and called for stringent action against all those found guilty.
