New Delhi, July 23 -- The Congress on Thursday sharpened its offensive against the Narendra Modi government over the alleged examination paper leaks and the treatment of protesting students, with Congress President and Leader of the Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge declaring that the party would agree to a discussion in Parliament only after union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan resigns, while Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra accused the government of suppressing democratic dissent and evading responsibility for repeated paper leaks.
