Ranchi, May 31 -- The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee (JPCC) has decided to place its newly appointed spokespersons, media panelists and media research team members on a six-month probation period, during which their performance will be assessed by the All India Congress Committee (AICC) Communication Department.
State Congress media in-charge Rakesh Sinha said all appointees would be required to attend mandatory monthly training programmes and undergo continuous evaluation during the probation period.
He said those demonstrating outstanding performance would be considered for recommendation to state or national-level responsibilities through the Congress leadership after assessment by the AICC Communication Department.
