New Delhi, July 22 -- The Congress on Wednesday intensified its attack on the Centre over alleged irregularities in the country's examination system, with Rajya Sabha member Syed Naseer Hussain submitting a notice under Rule 267 seeking suspension of the day's listed business to facilitate an immediate discussion on what he described as a "systemic crisis" in India's examination, evaluation and recruitment framework.
