Mumbai, Aug. 25 -- Congress MLA and Deputy Leader of the Congress Legislative Party Amin Patel has demanded immediate implementation of assurances given on the floor of the Assembly to resolve the problems at the government owned Sir J.J. Hospital, Mumbai.
In a letter to the Medical Education Minister, Patel who is the MLA from Mumbadevi, said Sir J.J. Hospital, which caters to lakhs of poor patients from across Maharashtra, is facing acute shortage of diagnostic facilities, medicines and staff.
