Chennai, June 16 -- Two Congress Ministers in the TVK Cabinet, Rajesh Kumar and Viswanathan, on Tuesday wanted the National party's former ally, the DMK, to introspect on its loss in the recent Assembly elections instead of criticising its former alliance partners.
Soon after the election results were declared and the TVK emerged as the single largest party but lacked majority, Congress, which had won five of the 28 seats it had contested as an ally of the DMK, snapped its ties with the Dravidian party, aligned with the Vijay's party, helped him to win the Confidence vote in the Assembly, and later joined the government, ending its 59 year long wait.
