New Delhi, July 23 -- The Congress on Thursday renewed its demand for the resignation of union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the alleged National Testing Agency (NTA) paper leak scandal, with Congress general secretary in-charge communications Jairam Ramesh drawing parallels between the current controversy and the Vyapam examination and recruitment scam that dominated Parliament over a decade ago.
In a post on social media platform X, Ramesh said the Monsoon Sessions of Parliament in 2015 and 2026 had both been overshadowed by examination-related controversies, arguing that successive governments had failed to ensure accountability in such cases.
