Ranchi, March 20 -- The Jharkhand Pradesh Congress Committee has expelled party leader Yogendra Sao from primary membership for three years over alleged indiscipline and remarks against the state government.
According to a statement issued by party media chairman Satish Paul Munjani, the disciplinary committee took note of Sao's repeated comments on social media targeting the current alliance government and the Chief Minister.
The statement said Sao had also made remarks against the government through a recent Facebook Live, which were found to be objectionable and in violation of party discipline.
