Chandigarh, Aug. 2 -- With the Punjab Congress battling visible factional tensions ahead of the 2027 Assembly election, the party has attempted to shift the focus back to organisation, launching its 'Har Booth, Congress Mazboot' campaign while urging leaders and workers to close ranks against the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
Addressing party workers in Barnala, AICC general secretary in charge of Punjab Bhupesh Baghel said Congress remained the only national party where decisions were taken through internal consultation and consensus.
