New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) president Devender Yadav on Wednesday accused the BJP-led Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) of failing to deliver effective online civic services, alleging that the MCD's 311 App has become a source of inconvenience rather than a platform for prompt grievance redressal.

Targeting what he described as the BJP's "Triple Engine" government in Delhi, Yadav claimed that the civic body's digital governance initiatives exist largely on paper, with residents continuing to face delays in resolving complaints and accessing essential municipal services.

"The MCD 311 App is causing problems to the people instead of giving suggestions and solutions in a transparent manner," Yadav said.
