New Delhi, May 31 -- Congress leader Jairam Ramesh on Sunday alleged a major data breach involving Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 examination answer sheets, claiming that the answer scripts of nearly two million students had been made available in the public domain and raising fresh questions over the evaluation contract awarded by the board.
In a statement posted on social media platform X, Ramesh described the incident as a "data breach of monumental proportions" and said it had compromised the privacy of millions of students across the country.
