Bengaluru, Feb. 21 -- A political firestorm erupted on Saturday after Karnataka Legislative Council Opposition Leader Chalavadi Narayanaswamy launched an attack on the Congress, declaring that "Congress culture needed a booting" and accusing the party of backing an anti-national attempt to disrupt the recent AI Summit.
Addressing media here on Saturday, Narayanaswamy alleged that Congress does not want the country to progress or rise to greater global prominence. He claimed that certain Congress workers were deliberately sent to oppose and obstruct the summit proceedings.
