Hyderabad, June 22 -- Conditions are favourable for the further advance of the southwest monsoon into the remaining parts of the central Arabian Sea, some more parts of Maharashtra, including Mumbai, the remaining parts of Telangana and Odisha, and parts of Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Bihar during the next 48 hours, the Meteorological Centre said on Monday.
Under its influence, heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places across Telangana from June 23 to 28.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds of 50-60 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places in all districts or in a few districts of the state during the next seven days.
