Hyderabad, June 9 -- Conditions are favourable for the further advance of the southwest monsoon into some more parts of the central Arabian Sea, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, the remaining parts of Tamil Nadu and southwest Bay of Bengal, as well as some more parts of the westcentral and northwest Bay of Bengal, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Odisha during the next 4-5 days, the Meteorological Centre said on Tuesday.

In its daily weather report, the Centre said heavy rainfall is likely to occur at isolated places in Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanumakonda and Nagarkurnool districts of Telangana during the next 24 hours.
