Hyderabad, June 17 -- Conditions are favourable for the further advance of the Southwest Monsoon into more parts of the Central Arabian Sea, Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and Chhattisgarh during the next four to five days, the Meteorological Centre said on Wednesday.
In its daily weather report, the Centre said thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds with speeds of 40-50 kmph are likely to occur at isolated places across Telangana during the next seven days.
Light to moderate rain or thundershowers are also likely at isolated places over the state during the same period.
