Shimla, March 9 -- A complaint has been submitted to the Election Commission of India, the Rajya Sabha Secretariat and the Returning Officer for the Rajya Sabha election in Himachal Pradesh alleging irregularities in the nomination papers of newly elected Rajya Sabha member Anurag Sharma.
The representation has been filed by Advocate Nitasha Katoch of Dharamshala on Monday, seeking an inquiry into alleged concealment of property details and other information in the election affidavit.
