Lucknow, Oct. 24 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said today that the work efficiency, achievements, and success stories of officers and employees will be linked to their Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) and promotions, in order to make the administrative system in Uttar Pradesh more capable, sensitive and accountable,He said that when a common man has to move from one office to another to get a task done, it raises serious questions about the entire system.
