New Delhi, Sept. 1 -- Commercial LPG and Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices have been increased from September 1, putting fresh cost pressure on airlines and businesses that rely heavily on cooking gas and aviation fuel.

The price of a 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder has been raised by Rs 9.50 to Rs 2,747.50, compared with Rs 2,738 previously. The increase has been linked to higher international benchmark prices. The price of the 5-kg market-priced Free Trade LPG (FTL) cylinder has also been increased by Rs 2 to Rs 764.
