Ghaziabad, July 18 -- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday reviewed preparations for the safe and peaceful conduct of the Shravan month Kanwar Yatra with senior police and administrative officials from the Meerut and Saharanpur divisions.
Emphasising that there should be no compromise on security, cleanliness or traffic management during the yatra, the Chief Minister directed officials to take immediate and strict action against anti-social elements spreading rumours on social media and to swiftly counter misinformation.
