Kolkata, May 20 -- : West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari said that the BJP government in the state would fulfil all promises made to the people within a fixed timeframe of one year.

Addressing party workers during his first visit to North Bengal after becoming Chief Minister, Adhikari, on Wednesday, also announced that North Bengal would receive special priority in the government's developmental agenda.

Ahead of an administrative meeting at Uttarkanya, the Chief Minister met BJP leaders and workers at the party office in Siliguri.
