Dharamshala, Oct. 26 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu will soon grant land pattas to 28 families of Kajlot village, Deputy Chief Whip and Shahpur MLA Kewal Singh Pathania said on Sunday.
Addressing a public gathering organised to celebrate Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti at Kajlot, Pathania said the teachings of Maharishi Valmiki continued to inspire society to follow the path of truth, justice, compassion and morality.
He described Maharishi Valmiki as a towering figure in India's cultural, literary and spiritual traditions, adding that his ideals remained relevant for public representatives committed to democratic governance and public service.
