Panchkula, Aug. 22 -- For Haryana's Gen-Z, the focus is shifting from "Where is the job?" to "What can I build?" This was the central message at the Gen-H Startup Summit-Yuva Udyami Chaupal in Gurugram, where Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini encouraged young people to move beyond traditional job-seeking and become creators of enterprises and new opportunities.
The event featured a question-and-answer session in which young entrepreneurs asked the Chief Minister about topics such as failure, career choices, startups, technology, employment, sports, drug abuse, and entering public life without a political background.
The session was broadcast live to over 4,000 institutions, engaging youth across Haryana.
