Pankaj JainNew Delhi, Feb. 21 -- Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Saturday launched the Jan Sunwai portal and its mobile app from the Delhi Secretariat, aimed at strengthening public grievance redressal and enhancing citizen engagement.
On the occasion, the Chief Minister also inaugurated e-District services through the CSC Digital Seva and the EWS Admission Platform portal.
The initiatives are expected to streamline access to government services, improve transparency, and ensure timely resolution of public complaints.
The Chief Minister said that e-District services have been integrated with 7,000 call centres, enabling citizens to access 75 types of government services through the portal.
