Panchkula, July 11 -- In a significant administrative overhaul of urban governance, the Haryana Government has ordered the immediate transfer of internal civic infrastructure in HSVP-developed sectors of Panchkula to the Municipal Corporation, Panchkula.
The decision follows directions issued by Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini during a meeting of the Panchkula Metropolitan Development Authority (PMDA).
An official memorandum issued by the Superintending Engineer of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP), Panchkula Circle, on Friday directed the Municipal Corporation to take over internal services of the identified HSVP sectors with immediate effect.
