Mumbai, Aug. 3 -- Maharashtra Revenue Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule said the decision on appointing guardian ministers for Nashik and Raigad rests solely with Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, amid the continuing deadlock over the two districts.
Speaking to reporters, Bawankule said the demand by the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) regarding the Nashik guardian minister's post was "justified," but clarified that the final authority lies with the Chief Minister.
