Shimla, May 28 -- Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has directed the Education Department to expedite the establishment of Rajiv Gandhi Government Model Day Boarding Schools across the state as part of the government's major education reforms initiative.
An official spokesperson said on Thursday that the state government was setting up at least one such school in every Assembly constituency to provide quality education facilities, particularly to students living in remote and rural areas.
