Bhubaneswar, Aug. 19 -- Climate change could make monsoon patterns increasingly erratic in Odisha, with some districts receiving excessive rainfall, others facing deficits, while some may continue to record relatively stable rainfall compared with the historical baseline, according to the Council on Energy, Environment and Water (CEEW).
