Kolhapur, June 16 -- Kolhapur Bench of the Bombay High Court directed the state government, National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and all the respondents to submit their statements within two weeks regarding the potholes and poor road condition on the Pune-Kolhapur national highway.
Taking serious note of a petition filed by Swabhimani Shetkari Sanghatana (SSS) national president and former MP Raju Shetty in the High Court against toll collection due to potholes on the Pune-Kolhapur highway; Kolhapur Bench Justice Milind Jadhav ordered the government, NHAI and all the respondents to submit a reply within two weeks.
