Mumbai, Aug. 11 -- The Cine and Television Artists Association (CINTAA) is facing an internal crisis with 11 members, including eight elected Executive Committee members, resigning over alleged lack of transparency and unilateral decision-making.
Those who have stepped down include Hemant Pandey, Mukesh Rishi, Sahila Chadha, Hetal Parmar, Puneet Issar, Vindu Dara Singh, Vikas Verma and Deepak Parashar.
In their resignation communications, the former EC members alleged that key decisions were being taken without adequate consultation or approval of the Executive Committee and claimed that constitutional procedures were not being followed.
