Chikkamagaluru, June 10 -- A 38-year-old homemaker was found dead under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Chikkamagaluru district on Tuesday, police said.
According to police, the woman was discovered with a gunshot injury, and a death note was also recovered from the spot, raising suspicions over the circumstances surrounding her death.
Preliminary investigation suggests that the incident may have taken place inside the house, though officials have not ruled out other angles, including possible personal or domestic issues.
