New Delhi, April 19 -- Chief Justice of India Surya Kant is set to deliver the 22nd D P Kohli Memorial Lecture on Monday at Bharat Mandapam in the national capital. The theme of this year's lecture is "Challenges of Cyber Crime, Role for Police and Judiciary."The event will also feature the launch of an AI-powered notice verification chatbot named ABHAY, which helps citizens verify the authenticity of notices purportedly issued by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The initiative comes in response to the growing threat of so-called "digital arrest" frauds, offering a practical tool to safeguard the public against cyber scams.
