Raipur, Sept. 10 -- Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai on Thursday directed divisional commissioners, collectors, inspectors general of police and superintendents of police across Chhattisgarh to conduct immediate inspections and safety audits of hostels, PG accommodations, coaching centres, schools and large educational buildings.

Chairing a high-level review meeting through video conference from his residence office in Raipur, Sai said the safety of students and citizens must remain the government's top priority.
