Hyderabad, May 17 -- A delegation of the Telangana Chamber of Chemists and Druggists met AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi and sought his support on several issues concerning the pharmaceutical retail sector.
The delegation urged immediate action against illegal e-pharmacy operations and demanded the withdrawal of Notification GSR 817(E) dated August 28, 2018, issued by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India.
They also sought the withdrawal of Notification G.S.R. 220(E) dated March 26, 2020, which was issued during the COVID-19 pandemic by the union Health Ministry.
