Chargesheet filed against retired SE for date of birth manipulation, destruction of evidence

Srinagar, May 18 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch J&K has filed a chargesheet before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Srinagar against the then In-charge Superintendent Engineer, now retired, of the J&K State Power Development Corporation for allegedly forging his date of birth, officials said on MondayThe FIR was registered in 2015 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 201 RPC against the Superintendent Engineer.
