Hyderabad, March 15 -- Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Sunday cautioned that certain political forces were trying to create divisions among religious communities and urged people not to fall prey to such attempts.
Addressing the iftar party hosted by the state government for the Muslim community here, the Chief Minister said Ramzan is a sacred month of spiritual purification and unity.
He emphasised the importance of brotherhood and communal harmony, stating that all religions must remain united to take the country and the state forward.
Revanth Reddy said the state government has accorded top priority to the welfare and development of the Muslim community and reiterated its commitment to minority welfare.
