Hyderabad, May 12 -- AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi on Tuesday alleged that the Central Government was concealing the true state of the economy and criticised the BJP-led NDA government over rising fuel prices, foreign investment outflows and the alleged NEET paper leak controversy.
Talking to the media in Hyderabad, Owaisi questioned why the Centre did not disclose during election campaigning that fuel prices would rise after the polls.
He alleged that the Prime Minister was now attempting to portray the burden of rising petrol and diesel prices as an act of patriotism.
