Chandigarh, July 6 -- union Health Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda on Monday lauded Haryana's expanding healthcare infrastructure, announcing that the state has been allotted two AIIMS institutions under the Centre's plan to establish 23 new AIIMS across the country.
Addressing doctors at a function organised by the Indian Medical Association (IMA) in Ambala, Nadda said Haryana had emerged as one of the leading states in strengthening public healthcare under Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
