Hyderabad, July 26 -- BJP Telangana State President N Ramchander Rao on Sunday said national development could be achieved only through effective implementation of Central welfare schemes and by fostering a strong sense of patriotism among citizens.
Addressing a programme organised by the BJP Doctors' Cell at KMIT, Narayanguda, he said the services rendered by doctors were invaluable and that medical care was not merely a service to individuals but to society and the nation as a whole.
