Patna, Sept. 14 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary announced on Monday that a central team led by union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will visit Bihar soon to assess the flood situation, loss of lives and the damage caused to infrastruture and livelihood of people.
Choudhary said the state government was making continuous efforts to find a permanent solution to the recurring flood problem in Bihar.
He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi, despite being engaged in international engagements, including the BRICS summit, had remained sensitive to the flood situation in Bihar.
