Hyderabad, Feb. 25 -- Chief of Defence Staff General Anil Chauhan emphasised the need for the Indian Armed Forces to transition from net-centric operations to Intelligent Warfare and move beyond Multi-Domain Operations towards All-Realm All-Domain Operations (ARADO).
Addressing the annual seminar on Multi-Domain Integrated Technologically-Empowered Resilient Armed Forces (MITRA) at the College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad on Tuesday, the CDS highlighted the "Third Revolution in Military Affairs," marked by convergence warfare integrating kinetic and non-kinetic, contact and non-contact and traditional and emerging domains.
